A jet sweeping through the middle
A jet sweeping through the middle: a short modulated delay with feedback. RATE and DEPTH set the sweep, FB sets how pronounced the comb is, and it goes negative for the hollow version.
As JET: X is RATE, Y is DEPTH. Touch to engage, lift to let go, HOLD to keep it.
Four to a socket, in order: sound runs through the slots top to bottom. Open the box and every knob is in real units; BYPASS takes it out of the path without losing its settings; the presets are along the top; any knob learns a controller and gets an automation lane.
| Knob | Range | Starts at | Scale |
|---|---|---|---|
| RATE | 0.05 Hz to 10 Hz | 0.3 Hz | log |
| DEPTH | 0.1 ms to 10 ms | 3 ms | linear |
| FB | -0.95 to 0.95 | 0.5 | linear |
| MIX | 0 to 1 | 0.5 | linear |
Every box ships with a bank. AS SET is the knobs as you left them; the rest are starting points, each a sound someone wanted often enough to name. Star one and it sits at the front of the bank.
| Preset | RATE | DEPTH | FB | MIX |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| JET | 0.3 Hz | 3 ms | 0.6 | 0.5 |
| SLOW | 0.1 Hz | 6 ms | 0.4 | 0.5 |
| WIDE | 0.15 Hz | 8 ms | 0.3 | 0.5 |
| NEGATIVE | 0.3 Hz | 3 ms | -0.7 | 0.5 |
| FAST | 2 Hz | 2 ms | 0.5 | 0.5 |
| METALLIC | 0.8 Hz | 1 ms | 0.85 | 0.6 |
| THROUGH ZERO | 0.05 Hz | 10 ms | 0.9 | 0.6 |
Every box is also a line of the console's language, so a pad or a patch can carry its effects in text. The words are the knobs:
